After jobs have been entered into the Job Manager system, you may generate a job list to review jobs within a given job number range, jobs entered or due in a given date range, or jobs with a common job name, purchase order number, customer, CSR, or sales rep. You may also specify whether to include only the open jobs, the closed jobs, the billed jobs, or all jobs in the database. This is performed by using the Job searching features within Job Manager.
- Click the Jobs tab. The Jobs Home page opens.
- Click the Find Jobs link above the page header. The Find Jobs page opens.
- Enter the search criteria you want to use and click OK. Search criteria may include any combination of job number range, purchase order number, entry date range, due date range, job name, customer, CSR, and/or sales rep. Additionally, you may also specify whether to include only the open jobs, closed jobs, or all jobs. The Find Jobs search results page will appear, displaying all jobs defined in the system that meet your search criteria.
Note: Additional information on searching and search criteria can be found in "Searching for Information".
- PRINTING: To print the results of the Job List window, click PRINT VIEW. The Print View page will open, allowing you to print the search results.
Note: Additional information on Printing can be found in "Printing Information".
- EXPORTING: To export the results of the Job List window, select Export Data. In the Export Data window that opens, set the export options and click OK. The file will be exported and downloaded according to the download settings of your browser.
