Searching for Information

Users of Workgroups Portal applications can avail themselves to two different search technologies:

Quick Searches: The Quick Search is used through a persistent search box always displayed on the left sidebar of applications that use Workgroups Portal. For more information on the Quick Search, see Using the Quick Search.

Standard Searches: Standard Searches are searches that are accessed from within a Job Manager content page. These searches provide for a greater amount of control for constructing the search query and can be saved for later reuse. For more information on Standard Searches, see Using Standard Searches.
