Job Form

Each Job is associated with a digital resource. This form allows you to view and edit digital resource information for the Job.

Field Description

The Job Form comes predefined with the following fields. Due to the highly customizable nature of the DSM Extension forms, these may differ from the actual form used in your environment.

Archiving On

The date on which the file or folder(s) corresponding to the digital resource can be archived. On this date, the digital resource will appear in the Archiving Queue.

Archiving Status

Indicates the current archiving status of the job. The status can be either Production or Archive.

Assigned To

The user who is assigned to work on the Job

Customer

The name identifying the customer for which the Job was developed for.

Customer Code

The code identifying the customer for which the Job was developed.

Folder Name

The name of the folder for this Job in the file system.

Job Name

The name assigned to the Job.

Job Number

The unique number assigned to the Job.

Keywords

Keywords associated with the Job.

Location

The location of the file/folder corresponding to the Job in the file system.

Notes

User comments associated with the Job.

Request InterSync Re-Processing

Starts InterSync processing for digital resources contained within the folder.

Today Button

Inserts today’s date into the Archiving On field.
