Welcome to the Virtual Ticket Developer User Guide! This guide is designed to provide you with the instructions and knowledge for using the Virtual Ticket Developer system through the Virtual Ticket Developer desktop client application. The Virtual Ticket Developer desktop client is the primary interface to the entire system and is distributed to the individual users’ workstations on your network. The Virtual Ticket Developer desktop client allows you to interact with custom tickets and forms, manage your digital assets, notify others of activities , search for information, and much more. In order to fully understand how the application works, it is important to review the elements that make up the Virtual Ticket Developer system.

Note: Some information in this document is applicable to Virtual Ticket Developer systems running the Digital Storage Manager (DSM) Extension. Such information will be clearly indicated with Notes such as this one, or with a special icon in the header and footer of each page with content only applicable systems using the DSM Extension to Virtual Ticket Developer. Customers not using the DSM Extension to Virtual Ticket Developer can disregard such information.
