Virtual Ticket Developer restricts access privileges according to certain predefined user roles. Users without certain privileges will not have access to the related portions of the system.
Administrator - There is one Administrator account predefined with each Virtual Ticket Developer system. This account is used to set up, maintain, and configure the system and the users who access it. The Administrator account has full access to all components of the Virtual Ticket Developer system. Administrative privileges can not be applied to other user accounts.
Users - This is the standard Virtual Ticket Developer User Group. Users who belong to this Group have the ability to work in Virtual Ticket Developer, but do not have access to Administrative, DSM Archivist, or DSM User components unless they are also part of the respective Groups. Within the scope of Virtual Ticket Developer, users may be assigned a variety of access privileges based on the groups they belong to, or the elements of the File Cabinet to which they have been granted access at either a user or group level.
