Starting with Virtual Ticket Developer first involves logging into the Virtual Ticket Developer application and connecting to the Virtual Ticket Developer database. When the application is started, a connection is established between it and the server running the Application Server and Microsoft SQL Server database software. For this reason, make sure you have successfully installed and have running both the SQL Server and the Application Server components before attempting to log in with a Virtual Ticket Developer client.
Note: The Login Procedure is the same for Virtual Ticket Developer regardless of whether or not the system uses the DSM Extension.
Logging in to the Virtual Ticket Developer application
