Monitoring Logged-in Processes
The Logged-In Processes listing found on the Current Activity tab of the Database Monitoring and Maintenance snap-in lists each process which has logged itself into the selected database.
For each process, the Logged-In Processes listing displays the process ID, the program name, the username under which the process logged into the database, the amount of memory used by the process, the number of transactions opened by the process, the ID of the blocked by processes, the wait time, wait type, last wait resource, and date and time the process logged into the database. Examples of programs typically logging into DSM databases include the Windows operating system, the MetaCommunications MetaData Service, and the MetaCommunications Application Kernel.
