Archiving Using Helper Applications
Helper Applications can be used to assist in the process of archiving files to CD/DVD and Tape media. To use a Helper Application in the archiving process, it must first be enabled by the Administrator. Once enabled, Helper Applications will be available for selection in the Archive Options window. The Administrator can select specific Helper Applications from those that are enabled to appear as the default selection for certain media types. Even if a default Helper Applications has been set by the Administrator, users can choose from available Helper Applications when archiving files and folders.

Additional Helpers are available for the Virtual Ticket Developer desktop client.
