Guide for Proof Managers

A proof manager is someone responsible for overseeing the process of proof review and approval using Approval Manager. Proof managers frequently set up approval workflows, assign reviewers to various review stages, make routing decisions as needed, and generally keep an eye on their active approval processes to make sure that things progress efficiently and that appropriate feedback is given and acted upon in a timely manner.

Managers work from both email notifications and a special Management Worklist (see capture below) in Approval Manager to stay up-to-date with the current state of proofs they are managing and to take action on them when needed.
