The Database Monitoring and Maintenance Snap-in
The Database Monitoring and Maintenance Snap-in provides you with the ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks for your system. Unlike the MetaData Service and File System Service Snap-ins, the MetaData Service Snap-in is available for all database families, although certain areas of functionality related to InterSync components are not included for database families that do not include Digital Storage Manager.
