Notification Users Window
Tools-> Notification Box-> In Box or In History tab-> Forward
The Notification Users window is used to select Users and Groups to which you want to forward selected Notifications in your Notification Box.

Group Icon

Icon to indicate a Group.

User Icon
|
Icon to indicate a User.
|
Users and Groups List
|
Displays the Users and Groups defined in the system.
|
Notify
|
Each Notify checkbox is associated with a User or Group. Enabling a checkbox determines which user and/or group will receive the notification.
|
Forward
|
Forwards the notification to the selected Users and/or Groups and closes the window.
|
Cancel
|
Closes the window without forwarding the notification.
|
Procedures
To select users and groups:
- Enable each user or group for whom you wish to forward the notification to.
- Click Forward.
To close the window without forwarding the notification:
- Click Cancel. No notifications will be forwarded.
