Notification Targets Window

Tools-> Notification Box-> Out Box or Out History Tab-> Double-click on Notification

The Notification Targets window allows you to review which notifications sent by you have been viewed and acknowledged by the recipients.

Window Objects

Click to see a detailed description of the window.

Pending	Shows notifications that have not yet been acknowledged by the recipients.
Acknowledged	Shows acknowledged notifications by user.
Remove	Removes a pending or acknowledged notification from the Out Box. This button is not available if the Notification Targets window is opened from the Out History Tab of the Notification Box.
Target Details: Date	Date that the notification was sent.
Target Details: Time	Time that the notification was sent.
Target Details: User	User the notification was sent to.
Display pane	Displays notifications by date, time, and user.
OK	Closes the Notification Targets window.

Procedures

To remove a notification from a user’s Notification Box:

Click the target user.
Click Remove.
Click Yes in the confirmation window. The notification will be removed from the target’s Notification Box.
