Reporting from Menus

Reports may be available in menus within the Menu bar of Virtual Ticket Developer. These Reports can be in available from within any Menu located on the Virtual Ticket Developer menu bar.

Reporting from a Menu

Note: Because there is no way to predict which menus contain Reports, this procedure will describe generating a Report that is located in a hypothetical Reports menu appearing in the Virtual Ticket Developer menu bar. Reports available to you may be in located in other menus.

1. Locate and select a Report displayed in a menu bar menu. A Report Parameters window will appear.

2. Type the required Report parameters and click Open ( ) to generate the Report and open it for review. (Alternately, reports can be Saved without opening by clicking Save As ( ) or printed by clicking Print ( ).) A Generating Report window will appear, showing the status of the Report generation. When complete, the Report will open.
