The Report Parameters window opens any time you attempt to generate a Report that requires you to provide parameters (Job Number, date range, etc...) before the Report can be generated.

Selecting the Report Output Format
- Click the Output format selector and select from the available output formats (PDF, CSV (Comma Separated Value), or Excel formats.
Note: If the database is hosted by Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Workgroup edition, reports cannot be generated in CSV format.
- Type any required parameter information in the corresponding Parameter input field(s).
- Select a Report Format with the Report format selector.
- Click Open (
). The selected Report will be generated in the specified format. When complete, it will open in the default viewer for the specified format.
- Type any required parameter information in the corresponding Parameter input field(s).
- Select a Report Format with the Report format selector.
- Click Save As... (
). A file system browser window will appear, allowing you to select a name and location to save the generated report to. The selected Report will be generated in the specified format and saved according to the selected name and location.
- Type any required parameter information in the corresponding Parameter input field(s).
- Select a Report Format with the Report format selector.
- Click Print (
). The Report will be generated and will print according to the conventions of your operating system. This may involve displaying a preview concurrent with printing.
