Reports may be available from any Virtual Ticket Developer window that provides the capability to Print. When Reports are available, the Print window will have an activated Print Reports button available.
Generating Reports from a Print Window
1. Click Print Report... ( ) in a Print window. The Print Report window will open.
2. Select the Report you want to generate from the drop down list of available Reports. Only Reports that have been assigned to the Folder Type related to the currently displayed information will be available.
3. Click Open ( ) to generate the Report and open it for review. (Alternately, reports can be Saved without opening by clicking Save As... (
) or printed by clicking Print (
).) A Generating Report window will appear, showing the status of the Report generation. When complete, the Report will open.
