Form Menu-> Windows-> Show Selection Properties
The Shape Palette is located in the Selection Properties window and provides the ability to define and control the dimension and appearance attributes of form objects selected in the form.
The Shape Palette provides controls for defining the dimensions, line width, and fill attributes for selected form objects.

Distance in points the selected form object is from the left border of the form. | |

Drop down list for selecting the line width of form objects. This list is active only for form objects that support custom line width attributes. | |
Drop down list for selecting fill properties for form objects. This list is active only for form objects that support custom fill attributes. | |
Opens and closes the Color Palette. |
- Click Show Selection Properties in the Form-> Windows menu. The Selection Properties window will open, displaying the Shape, Alignment, and Control Palettes.
- Click Hide Selection Properties in the Form-> Windows menu. The Selection Properties window will close, hiding the Shape, Alignment, and Control Palettes.
To adjust the properties of multiple shapes simultaneously:
- Select multiple shapes in the form. The Shape Palette will display information for any properties the selected shapes have in common.
- Apply properties to the selected shapes using the fields and menus available in the Shape Palette.
Note: If a Shape Palette attribute is applicable to one or more of the selected form objects, changes to the attribute will be applied to any applicable form object within the form objects selected in the form.
To apply Font attributes to a form object:
- Select a form object (or multiple objects) containing text or text within a form object.
- Select font attributes in the Font Palette. The selected attribute(s) will be applied to the text.
