The Archiving Queue window allows users to see the open requests to archive files and folders. This window is typically used in a centralized archivist workflow where one Archivist, or a group of Archivists, are responsible for performing archiving tasks.
The Archiving Queue is a predefined global search that displays all pending requests to archive files/folders. Since this is a global find, it can be modified by the Administrator and its appearance may differ substantially from that described below.
Files and Folders appear in the Archiving Queue when their Archiving On date is older than the current day’s date and when they match any other criteria used when the Find is conducted.
