About Client Functionality for Users

Virtual Ticket DeveloperDigital Storage Manager desktop clients are available for both Mac OS X and Windows operating systems. The user functionality available in the desktop client for each operating system is nearly identical, with the following exceptions:

Though most user features are available in both desktop clients, the majority of information and screenshots contained in this guide are presented with a bias towards the Windows desktop. Some exceptions my occur.
