Viewing And Printing Extended Previews

Extended previews may be saved in the database for certain file types. If an extended preview is available, you may use this command to view and print a detailed preview of the digital resources. If you have installed the Virtual Ticket Developer Production Pack, additional features may be available for viewing extended previews of QuarkXPress documents and native Adobe Illustrator files. Viewing an extended preview for a digital resource

1. Select the digital resource(s) whose extended preview you want to view within Virtual Ticket Developer. Digital resources may be accessed through the File Board window, through a file collector field on a form in the Browser window, or through a search result.

2. Select Extended Preview from the Tools menu ( ). Optionally, you may also click the digital resource while pressing the CTRL key and select View Extended Preview. An extended preview window will appear and display an enlarged preview for the selected digital resource(s).

3. OPTIONAL: Select Show Image Info from the Window menu. This will open the Extended Preview Information palette if it is not open, or bring it to the front if it is already open.
4. OPTIONAL: To print the extended preview*,* click Print ( ) A standard print dialog box will appear, allowing you to complete the print process by specifying the appropriate printing options.
