Virtual Ticket allows you to clear digital resources from the active display. Unlike the Delete command discussed previously, clearing digital resources does not delete anything from the database; it merely clears it from the current display or workspace. In most environments, the Clear Files command will be used primarily with the File Board window (clearing digital resources from a file collector field on a form removes the reference between the digital resource and the folder/document).
- Select Remove All from the Tools button (
). A dialog box will appear, asking you to confirm that you would like to clear the File Board or file collector field. - Click Yes (
) to remove the files from the File Board, or click No ( 
) to cancel the clearing process.
