As notifications are transmitted through the system, they may be viewed through the Notification Box window. Each user of the system has their own personal Notification Box, where the information about both sent and received notifications is displayed. The Notification Box for the Administrator user can be viewed from the Virtual Ticket application by selecting Notification Box from the Tools menu (or pressing CTRL-B).
