Managing Global Finds

Gross management of Global Finds (excluding defining and editing Find conditions and Find Property Details) is performed in the File Cabinet window of the Virtual Ticket desktop client.

Deleting Global Finds

1. Right click the global find in the navigation pane of the File Cabinet window. A context menu will appear.
2. Select Delete in the context menu. A confirmation window will appear.

3. Click Yes ( ). The Global Find will be deleted from the database.

Renaming Global Finds

4. Select the global find you want to rename in the navigation pane of the File Cabinet window. The Find Property Details for the selected Global Find will be displayed in the left portion of the window.
5. Type a new name in the Name field, then click Save ( ). The name of the Find will be changed to the new name.

Duplicating Global Finds

6. Right-click the global find in the navigation pane of the File Cabinet window. A context menu will appear.
7. Select Duplicate in the context menu. The selected find will be duplicated. The new find will have the same name as the original Find, with the word "copy" appended to the end.
8. Edit any necessary Find Properties and click Save ( ). The duplicated Find will be saved to the database.
