Library files are imported through the Import Library window. When a library file is selected for import, you will have the option to import the entire contents of the library file or a selection of components contained within the library file. When selecting an object contained in a library file for importing, any dependent objects will be imported as well providing that a dependent object in the destination database does not already exist with the same name. The exception to this is with Custom Queries. No dependencies related to a Custom Query selected for import will be automatically imported.
In general, importing items from library files to the database consists of the following activities:
Open the library file.
Add the items you want to import from the Library Source Tree to the Database Destination Tree.
Click Import.
Detailed instructions follow.
