The Production Dashboard Worklist is an essential tool for all producers to use and understand. By using the Production Dashboard Worklist, producers can see all active proofs for which they have been assigned as a producer. By default, this list is ordered so that workflows currently in the production stage appear at the top of the list. All other proofs appear beneath.

Proofs can be in a production stage for 1 of 2 reasons:

1. A new approval workflow has been created and the manager expects the producer to upload the proof file(s).
2. The Production Stage has been made the active stage in an in-process workflow so that the producer can upload a new version of the proof file(s).

Other active proofs are listed below these in case the producer needs to upload a new version to whatever stage is currently active.
