The Customers page consists of a list of recently added and changed customers, a My Customers list containing any customers that have been marked for inclusion in the My Items page, and any customer-related finds that have been saved.

Page Elements

Creating a new Customer

1. On the Customers page, Click the New Customer link in the upper-right corner of the page. The New Customer page  will open.

2. On this page, fill out the customer details and click Add when finished.

Finding Customers

1. On the Customers page, click the Find Customers link in the upper-right corner of the page. 

2. The Find Customers page will open, allowing you to define the search criteria you want to use to search for customers. Search by either keyword, customer name, or customer code. Click Search to bring up search results.

Viewing details of a Customer

1. Click a Customer Code or Customer Name in the My Customers list of the Customers page.

2. The Customer Details Page will open, displaying the details for the selected customer.

You can also hover over the customer name or code and click on the arrow that appears. On the drop down menu, select View to open the Customer Details page.
