Generating A Time Sheet

The Time Sheet page allows users to review their time card information over a specified date range. Employees with the Select Employee permission can generate and review Time Sheets for any other user or group.

Time card information is displayed in the Time Sheet according to one of three selectable Views:

Details - Shows the employee name, date, time in/time out session times, and total hours for each time card included in the time card sheet.

Details with Notes - Identical to Details above, but includes any notes added to the time card.

Summary by Employee - Shows date and time for time in/time out sessions for each time card, by employee. Total hours for each time card and for all time cards included in the page are displayed.

Generating a time sheet

  1. Click the Production tab. The Production Home page will open.
  2. Click the Time Sheet link above the page header. The Time Sheet page will open with the currently logged-in user's name in the Employee/Group field.

  1. OPTIONAL: If generating a time sheet for another employee or group: Select an employee, a group of employees, or "All" by using the Employee/Group Selector.

Note: Only employees with the Select Employee permission can generate a Time Sheet for any other user or group.

  1. Enter the date range on which you want to search on in the From/To date fields.
  2. Click SEARCH ( ). The Time Sheet page will update itself to display a detailed view of the time cards entered during the specified date range for the selected employee(s).

  1. Optional: Select the view for the time sheet. Available views include: Details, Details with Notes, and Summary by Employee.
  2. PRINTING: To print the results of the Time Sheet page, click the Print View link in the page header. A new browser window will open, displaying the Time Sheet in a manner suitable for printing.

Note: Additional information on Printing can be found in "Printing Information".

  1. EXPORTING: To export the results of the Time Sheet page, click the Export Data link in the page header. In the Export Data Options window, select the format of the resulting text/ASCII file, and click OK. The file will be exported and downloaded according to the download setting of your browser.
