You can use workflow and scheduling AWS functionality with any Virtual Ticket type. To enable AWS for a type

If you are just starting to use AWS

Open AWS configuration page. Select type and press "Start Using AWS" .

If you are already using AWS

Open AWS configuration page. Press button "Add" and select type from the type popup

This will create forms, finds and application menu items providing AWS functionality for selected type.
