Changing the Location Information for Volumes

Though typically an infrequent occurrence, sometimes volumes and all the files and folders contained within them can move to new locations on the network. When this happens it is usually either the result of performance tuning a server, restoring servers in the event of a disaster, or the result of using removable storage in the production environment. This handy feature allows you to update the location information for volumes and all their files and folders with one simple operation without loosing the important metadata information that has been associated with them.

Mounting volumes from within the Client

The Virtual Ticket Developer client provides a simple and efficient way of mounting volumes completely from within the client. Using this tool can reduce the burden of having to remember all the volumes you need to mount every just to work effectively.

Changing Form Appearance Preferences

By default, the Virtual Ticket Developer desktop client for Windows uses .jpg versions of images placed in forms. If print quality is unsatisfactory, this default can be changed to use PICT versions of placed images.

Zooming in Browser Forms

The Virtual Ticket Developer desktop client for Windows provides Zoom In and Zoom Out controls for forms viewed in the Browser.
