Once the server components have been installed, desktop apps may be downloaded and installed by users via the application deployment page.

Links to the application deployment page may be emailed to users when they are created in the system or on-demand.

Install from Server Configurator

1. You can find your application deployment pages listed in the Server Configurator (shown below). Select the Virtual Ticket link under one of the databases that are attached this is the deployment page URL.

PC Install

1. Load the deployment page URL that was given to you.

2. Click the "Download Workgroups Desktop App" button to begin download.

3. Open the .exe when the download is done then select the "Install Workgroups Desktop App" to begin install.

Mac Install

1. Load the deployment page URL that was given to you.

2. Click the "Download Workgroups Desktop App" button to begin download.

3. Open the .dmg when the download is done then double click icon to begin install.
