All Local and Global Finds available to the currently logged in user are available in the Finds menu (see screen capture, below left). Context Finds created by the currently logged in user or to which the currently logged in user has access privileges are also available in the Context Menu (see screen capture, below right).
Users can easily tell the difference between Global and Local Finds based on how they are displayed in the menu: Global Finds are displayed with Italic fonts and Local Finds are displayed in normal (roman) font. Additionally, Global Finds appear at the tops of the Find list in menus, while Local Finds appear at the bottom.
In addition to accessing Finds by selecting them in a menu, saved Finds can also be opened by pressing the hotkey combination assigned to the Find when it was saved. Since hotkey combinations are not required for Finds, it is possible that some of the Finds available to you do not have hotkey combinations assigned. To see the hotkey combinations associated with Finds to which you have access, click the Finds menu. If assigned, the hotkey combination for each Find will be displayed to the right of the Find name (see below).
If you would like to add a hotkey combination for a Find, or would like to change a hotkey combination for a Find, you will have to edit the Find and re-save it, adding or changing the hotkeys in the Save dialog window. Since only the Administrator can edit Global Finds, hotkey combinations for them cannot be changed by users even if they have access privileges to use them.
