Step 5 - Enabling Export Search Criteria
The Plug-ins page also allows you to enable export search criteria. Each search criterion that you enable can be used by Job Manager users to find exportable customers/invoices.
Enabling export search criteria
1. Select Plug-ins in the Administration tab. This will open the Plug-ins page.
2. Select the Enable checkbox for the desired export search criteria. For customers, available criteria include 'Customers - All' and 'Customers - New, or Changed Since Last Export'. For invoices, available criteria include 'Invoices - Approved, or Exported and then Changed', 'Invoices - Exported in Last Batch', and 'Invoices - Previously Exported'. For more information on these search criteria, please refer to the "Exporting to Accounting" section of the "Third Party Software Integration" chapter of the Job Manager User Guide.
NOTE: In order to transfer invoices to Peachtree, the Invoices - Approved, or Exported and then Changed search criterion must be enabled (no invoices can be found using the other two criteria until some invoices have been exported).
