The View Menu allows you to change the way that digital resources are displayed in the File Board, Digital Resources tab (in search windows), and File Collectors (in forms).
Accessing the View Menu
The View Menu is accessed by clicking the View Button in any window in which it is displayed:

The Following commands are accessible from the View Menu.
View Roots
Restricts the File Board view to only show those objects that were originally opened in the File Board.
View All Files
Shows digital resources for all files for placed digital resources (all files and folders within a folder). In this mode, no additional digital resources can be placed into the File Board and no digital resources can be removed.
As Thumbnails
Displays digital resources as thumbnails.
As List
Displays digital resources in a list view.
None
No sorting is performed on the digital resources in the File Board. Digital Resources are shown in the order in which they were placed in the File Board.
By ID
Digital Resources in the File Board are sorted by ID.
By Name
Digital Resources in the File Board are sorted by name.
By Document Type
Digital Resources in the File Board are sorted by document type.
By Size
Digital Resources in the File Board are sorted by size.
By Creation Time
Digital Resources in the File Board are sorted by creation time (the time the corresponding file/folder was created in the file system).
By Modification Time
Digital Resources in the File Board are sorted by modification time (the time the corresponding file/folder was modified in the file system).
By Path
Objects in the File Board are sorted by file path.
