Digital Resource Search allows users to search the database for digital resources based on digital resource information including, file name, keywords, text content, customer name, and user assignment.
The Digital Resource Search window is a global search that can be modified by the Administrator. By default, the Search opens with five common criteria revealed and the Digital Resource Form selected for display in the form display pane. This behavior can be modified by the Administrator.
Non-Administrator users can use Digital Resource Search to conveniently conduct their own searches based on any of the default criteria listed or by using their own criteria.
