- Click a column header in the Search Results page to sort the results by the corresponding column. An Ascending icon (
) will appear next to the column, indicating that the column is being used to sort the results in ascending order.
Repeatedly clicking the same column header will toggle between sorting the results in ascending and descending order by the field values displayed in the column. Ascending (
) or Descending ( 
) icons will be displayed next to the column header to indicate sort order.
Shift-clicking a column header will provide multi-column sort capabilities.
Clicking a column header until the Ascending (
) and Descending ( 
) icons disappear will return the results to the original sort order.
