Users of Workgroups Portal applications can avail themselves to two different search technologies:

• Quick Searches: The Quick Search is used through a persistent search box always displayed on the left sidebar of applications that use Workgroups Portal.

• Standard Searches: Standard Searches are searches that are accessed from within a Approval Manager content page. These searches provide for a greater amount of control for constructing the search query and can be saved for later reuse.
