Finds ( ) are used to locate information stored in the Virtual Ticket Developer database. Some Finds can be created by the Administrator and used by authorized users (Global Finds), while others can be created and saved by each individual user (Local Finds). Virtual Ticket Developer Finds represent a much faster way of locating information than manually searching through a physical file cabinet for a particular document or folder.
