- Select Collaborative Appearance in the Administration tab. This will open the Collaborative Appearance page.
- Type a color value in the User Link Color field. Color values can be specified by using either standard hexadecimal notation (eg: "#343434") or by using a standard color name (eg: "DarkGoldenrod").
Note: For a complete list of standard color names supported by Approval Manager, refer to the Supported Color Names drop-down list below. - Click Preview (
). The user links in the preview area will be displayed in the specified color.
- Review the color selection in the preview area of the Collaborative Appearance page.
- If satisfied with the user link color, continue to the next step. Or, if you prefer the previous user link color, click Revert (
). The user link color appearance will revert to the most recently saved collaborative appearance settings.
- Click Save (
) when finished. Collaborative Users who log into the system will now see all user links in the color defined in the User Link Color field.
Note: The default User Link Color is #FFFFFF. This might be useful if you want to return to the default User Link appearance.
