Viewing Digital Resources In A New File Board Window

The Open in new File Board command of the Tools Menu opens a new File Board window displaying only the selected digital resources. This allows you to separate out only the needed subset of the digital resources displayed in an existing File Board window, a file collector field on a form, or a search result.

Viewing digital resources in a new File Board window

1. Select the digital resource(s) whose folder records you want to view within Virtual Ticket Developer. Digital resources may be accessed through the File Board window, through a file collector field on a form in the Browser window, or through a search result.

2. Select Open in new File Board from the Tools menu ( ), or click the digital resource while pressing the Ctrl key and select Open in new File Board. This will open a new File Board window displaying the digital resources selected in Step 1.

At this point, you may begin using Virtual Ticket Developer’s digital resource management tools to work with the selected set of digital resources.
