The Notification Box

The Notification Box

As notifications are transmitted throughout the Virtual Ticket Developer system, they may be viewed through the Notification Box window. Each user of the system has their own personal Notification Box, where the information about both sent and received notifications is displayed. To help manage the notifications that you send and receive, the Notification Box is divided into four sections, identified by the tabs on the window.

In Box – Displays the notifications you have received from other users of the system and may contain both acknowledged and non-acknowledged notifications.

Out Box – Displays the notifications you have generated and sent to other users of the system. The Out Box will only contain notifications that have not yet been acknowledged by all recipients of the notification.

In History – Displays the notifications you have received from other users that you have acknowledged and removed from the In Box.

Out History – Displays the notifications you have generated and sent that have been acknowledged by all recipients. Notifications will automatically move from the Out Box to the Out History when they become fully acknowledged.
