Files and folders associated with digital resources can be retrieved when they are no longer in their original location or they have been moved to offline media. When files and folders are Retrieved, they are not removed from their source location, but rather are copied to the new destination.
To retrieve unavailable or offline files and folders, select the digital resource corresponding to the offline or unavailable files and click Copy/Retrieve. If Virtual Ticket Developer cannot find the files/folders, it will open the Retrieval Options window, allowing you to retrieve the files or generate a Retrieval Request to be fulfilled by an Archivist.
