Displays a list of files and folders to be retrieved. This list displays only the files and folders that are unavailable. | |
Opens a destination menu, allowing you to select from recently used destinations or open the Choose Destination window for choosing a destination not listed in the menu. | |
When selected, this option will not attempt to retrieve files it cannot locate. | |
Allows you to select from the Retrieve Helpers enabled by the administrator for retrieving. If you choose to use a Retrieve Helper, you will only be allowed to select Retrieve Helpers that are common for all files being retrieved. | |
When selected, this option will generate a Retrieval Request to be fulfilled by a centralized Archivist. | |
The notes become active only when the Create retrieval request radio button is selected. You can type any notes for the Archivist in this area. | |
If selected, and the Create retrieval request radio button is selected, the Retrieval Request will be displayed after you click Continue () and the system attempts to retrieve available files. | |
Refreshes the files and folders list. You may want to refresh the list if you mount a volume in which files and folders to be retrieved are located. | |
Attempts to mount the volume corresponding to the selected files and folders displayed in the Files/Folders to Retrieve List. | |
Closes the Retrieval Options window without retrieving files or generating a Retrieval Request. | |
Attempts to copy available files and retrieve unavailable files to the selected destination. If the Create Retrieval Request radio button is selected, a retrieval request will be generated for unavailable files. |
Choosing a destination and creating a Retrieval Request
- Navigate to the destination location of your choice.
- Enable the Create a Retrieval Request... checkbox.
- Type notes in the Note box, if desired.
- Enable the Show created request checkbox, if desired.
- Click Continue (
). A retrieval request will be generated for unavailable files and folders.
