Browser Pane

Displays a navigable view of all locations monitored by InterSync, all locations from which files and folders have been added to the system, and the Media Shelf. If you want to move files to a location outside of this scope, click Browse File System ( ).

Destination and Message Information

Displays the path information for the currently selected destination and any messages. Messages are typically the result of selecting a destination location on a volume that is not currently mounted in the local file system or is otherwise unavailable.

New Folder

Creates a new folder within the selected location.

Cancel

Closes the Move - Choose Destination window without moving files and/or folders.

OK

Chooses the selected location and moves the files/folders to that location.

Browse File System...

Opens a window for browsing the file system and selecting a destination to which the selected files should be moved. The Browse File System window is similar to the standard Finder window, except it has a Destination and Message Information pane and a Browse Database... button.

Procedures

Choosing a destination when moving files and folders

  1. Select a destination location.
  2. Click Choose ( ). The files associated with the selected digital resources will be moved to the specified location and the Move - Choose Destination window will close.

Closing the Move dialog without moving files and folders

  1. Click Cancel ( ).
