Procedures

To add a digital resource to Virtual Ticket using the File Board:

1. Select a file in a Finder window.
2. Drag and drop the file onto the File Board.
3. Select Add if you want to add a digital resource to the database for the file, or Lookup if you want to look the file’s digital resource in the database.

To remove a file from the file board by dragging and dropping:

1. Select the digital resource you want to remove from the File Board.
2. Drag and drop it from the File Board to the Trash. The digital resource will be moved from the File Board.

To copy/retrieve digital resources using the File Board:

1. Select the digital resources you want to copy or retrieve.
2. Drag and drop the digital resources to a destination in the Finder window. Available files will be copied to the selected destination. If some of the files are unavailable, the Retrieval Options window will open, allowing you to retrieve the files or generate a Retrieval Request.
