Client Tools for Adding and Looking-Up Digital Resources
In there are several ways to lookup and add digital resources through the client. These are:
Using File Collectors in Forms
Lookup and Add via File Collectors
File Collectors are form elements that function similarly to the File Board window, except that they are located within a form. File Collectors can be used in two ways to add and lookup digital resources in the database:
1. Dragging and Dropping files into the File Collector.
2. Selecting Add or Lookup in the Context Menu.
When digital resources are added or successfully looked-up, Virtual Ticket Developer will display the digital resources in the File Collector.
Lookup and Add via File Board windows
File Board windows can be used in two ways to Add and Look Up digital resources in the database:
3. Dragging and Dropping files into the File Board window.
4. Selecting Add or Lookup in the Context Menu.
When digital resources are added or successfully looked up, Virtual Ticket Developer will display them in the File Board window.
