The Users & Groups setup window allows you to create new users by entering the user ID, first name, last name, email, and password. Users may also be assigned membership in user groups.
When creating new Users, you will have the option to send them Invitations to Virtual Ticket Developer. This mechanism sends an email message to the user. Contained in this email message is a unique hyperlink that can be used to download and launch the Virtual Ticket Developer desktop app. In order to successfully send email invitations, email sending must be properly configured.
