Adding, Deleting, and Exporting Scripts and Solutions
The following procedures describe how to add, delete, and export scripts and solutions to and from the database.
1. Open the Stored Files window by selecting Stored Files in the Administrator menu.
2. Browse to and select the Scripts or Solutions branch in the navigation tree of the Stored Files window.
3. Drag a script or solution file from the file system and drop it into the right-side display area of the Scripts window. The script or solution file will be added to the database and will appear in the list.
Exporting scripts and solutions from the database:
4. Open the Stored Files window by selecting Stored Files in the Administrator menu.
5. Browse to and select the Scripts or Solutions branch in the navigation tree of the Stored Files window.
6. Browse to and select the script or solution file that you want to export from the database.
7. Click Export ( ). A file system browser window will appear.
8. Browse to and select the location to which you want to export the script or solution file.
9. Click OK ( ). The file will be exported from the database to the selected location.
Deleting scripts and solutions from the database:
10. Open the Stored Files window by selecting Stored Files in the Administrator menu.
11. Browse to and select the Scripts or Solutions branch in the navigation tree of the Stored Files window.
12. Browse to and select the script or solution file that you want to delete from the database.
13. Select a script or solution file in the list and click Delete ( ). A confirmation window will open.
Warning: It is strongly recommended that you first export a copy of the script or solution you are planning on deleting. In the event that deleting the script or solution causes unintended consequences, you can easily recover by adding the deleted script or solution back to the database.
14. Click Yes ( ). The selected script or solution will be deleted from the database.
