This general usage procedure makes reference to a BLOB in a Virtual Ticket/Job Manager/Digital Storage Manager object.

@aFieldName	t_field_name	The name of the field which contains the BLOB.
@aIDValue	t_id_value	The name of field which contains the BLOB.
