Pools

A pool is a set of SQL tables in the Microsoft SQL Server database created by SQL SDK. The pool is required as a temporary location of data for SQL SDK functions that read from or write into the Virtual Ticket/Job Manager/Digital Storage Manager tables.

For each Virtual Ticket, Job Manager, or Digital Storage Manager type, a separate set of pool tables is created. The structure of these tables depends upon the structures of the types for which they are created.
