Overview of the Virtual Ticket Production Pack

Virtual Ticket Production Pack consists of three components that enable Virtual Ticket to work directly with the Mac OS X Finder and Mac OS X versions of QuarkXPress, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Key features of these components include:

The ability to generate full-size, multi-page, extended previews that can be captured, stored, and viewed within Virtual Ticket. As a result, users are able to see detailed information about a document’s individual elements - including text box and graphic (picture) box data - within the preview.

Automatic lookup of Virtual Ticket folders/documents that contain references to open graphic documents.

Automatic lookup of digital resource information in Virtual Ticket for open documents and included images and files.

For QuarkXPress and InDesign documents: Support for drag-and-drop and copy-and-paste of images, text and other importable file types from Virtual Ticket and the Mac OS X Finder into open documents.

Enhanced Finder functionality that provides mechanisms to perform Virtual Ticket tasks such as adding, looking up, setting archive dates for, and viewing the metadata associated with the files and folders of the file system.
