Setting Licensed Module Access in Workgroups Portal

  1. Open the Permissions page for a Group if it is not already open.
  2. Enable the module checkboxes in the License Modules section for the applications to which you want to define permissions. Available applications will be either Job Manger, Approval Manager, or a combination of Job Manager and Approval Manager modules.
  3. When access has been assigned to a License Module, privileges for pages corresponding to the License Module can be assigned.
